Massage Lesson for Couples (1 hr 30m)£60
The ultimate treat for you and the special person in your life. During this 90 minute session you will have the opportunity of learning how to give each other a relaxing, soothing back, neck and shoulder massage expertly taught and guided by Nicky. Now there's no excuse for those knotty shoulders!
Aromatherapy Pure Indulgence Massage (1 hr 15m)£45
A soothing, calming and uplifting massage, using a unique blend of essential oils chosen by you, especially for balancing the mind, body and soul.
Balancing Hopi Ear Candling (30m)£25
Thermo auricular therapy, or ear candling, is a pleasant, non–evasive treatment of the ears used to relieve a variety of conditions including excessive ear wax, sinusitis, headaches, colds and flu. The candle treatment is followed by a pressure point massage to help de–stress and to aid drainage of the sinuses.
Indian Head Massage (30m)£25
Using relaxation techniques and specific pressure point areas to quickly reduce tension in the shoulders, neck and scalp.
Reiki Healing (1 hr)£35
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by 'laying on hands' and is based on the idea that an unseen 'life force energy' flows through us. If this is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.

A special fusion of aromatherapy, reflex points, Indian head massage and Reiki healing. The ultimate anti–stress treatment to soothe away all tension of the mind and body and bring you to the peaceful haven of 'wellbeing'.
